An overlay caps a sound existing staircase with new solid timber treads and risers, then we sand and finish them on site. It’s the ideal fix for builder’s stairs made for carpet, worn or squeaky timber stairs, or treads that no longer match a renovated floor — all without the cost and disruption of a full rebuild.
